The Arduino Micro is a compact microcontroller board based on the ATmega32U4 processor. It was developed in collaboration between Arduino and Adafruit and provides Arduino Leonardo functionality in a smaller package designed for breadboard compatibility. The board has 20 digital input/output pins, 7 of which can be used as PWM outputs and 12 as analog inputs, a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a micro USB connection, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It is ideal for portable projects, HID devices, and fast prototyping.
