In 1979, Kenner’s Alien action figure was the toy to get. Huge, and prohibitively expensive compared to a kid’s allowance, it depended on parental goodwill to purchase. And that was in short supply.

These all came in Kenner tribute packaging, paying homage to the original toy release for the film, and after the first couple waves feeling like they were made of paper, these are a vast improvement.
