Medal events today include women's freestyle skiing slopestyle, men's combined slalom, women’s 1,000-meter speedskating, individual men's normal hill ski jumping and women’s snowboard big air. River Radamus and Kyle Negomir make up the U.S. team contending for a medal in combined slalom.

Finland, Italy, Sweden and Switzerland will play in Group B. Group C features Denmark, Germany, Latvia and the United States.
