The OP is trying to pass arguments to the MSI installer to only install specific features. For some reason, Oracle decided to make this extremely difficult to do, if not impossible, from the MSI.

With the confirm window in focus, but hidden behind, it looks like the application has hung. Solution: Move the MqSQL Table Editor to the edge of the window before working.
