Ipsy's customer service is terrible, their quality control is terrible and canceling them is VERY difficult. I tried it for a month off of a friend's referral code, established it wasn't for me, and tried to cancel.

Ipsy isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination, and they maybe should just ditch the timeline on their site, but for what I'm paying a month, the free but slow shipping is fine.
