USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is the only source that authorizes retailers – no one else. We do not work with outside entities to authorize retailers for SNAP. There is no cost to apply.

FNS does not process applications. You will need to contact your local SNAP office to apply and for questions about your case.
